Refund policy
We take the utmost care in packing and shipping of our products. In the event there is a problem, or you experience any issues with a Natxtra product you purchased through our website NatxtraUSA.com, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receipt subject to the following conditions and guidelines.
· Only products in unmarked, resalable condition may be returned. Defective products may be returned for a refund after calling customer service.
· To initiate a return after you register a complaint with Care@Natxtrausa.com or call our Customer Service team at 469-882-4000 and request a Return Authorization Number code
· Return requests MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns if a Return Authorization code is not obtained within 30 days.
· We don’t offer merchandise exchanges. To receive credit for your purchase, products must be returned in its original packaging.
· Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through NatXtrausa.com. If you purchased your product through a third-party seller, please contact that seller for their return policy. If they are unable to help you, please get in touch with Care@Natxtrausa.com.
· We can only accept returns with a clearly marked Return Authorization Code written on the outside of the package.
· All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
